- providing a 24-hour emergency service for shared repairs;
- monitoring a high percentage of repairs carried out to assess our customers’ experience and identify any areas for improvement;
- giving you clear information on the main aspects of the repairs and maintenance service;
- making sure contractors are paid for any repair work;
- making sure any faults or problems are followed up; and
- issuing a bill, divided between you and the other owners in your block, once a repair is finished, and making sure that every owner pays their share.
