What can YourPlace do for you?

STAIR & CLOSE CLEANING

We offer a stair and close cleaning service, which your block may or may not opt in to, depending on the number of owners. If you have the service, we’ll bill you as part of your common charges.

BACKCOURT MAINTENANCE

We offer a stair and close cleaning service, which your block may or may not opt in to. If you have the service, we’ll bill you as part of your common charges.

The service is carried out during the growing season of April to October, but the cost is split over the year and itemised on your quarterly common charge account. 

CONCIERGE SERVICES

This service is split into 12 Hour and 24 Hour services, with a range of services carried out by the concierge service within a block such as security, cleaning, and minor maintenance. 

LIFT MAINTENANCE

If your block has a lift, we will be responsible for arranging their maintenance and servicing.  This will also cover breakdown calls for the lifts covered.

STAIR LIGHTING

There is a charge for the maintenance and the running cost of any lighting to the stairs.  We will periodically inspect and maintain and replace any light bulbs needed.  If work such as new light fittings and wiring faults are required these will be re-charged according to the Deed of Conditions in the same manner as any other repair.

ELECTRICITY

The electricity used to power the lift to a block is recharged through the quarterly common charge accounts.  The charge is calculated from the power used in the previous financial year and recharged over the year on a quarterly basis.

HEATING COSTS 

The heating cost is the costs to provide heating to the block.  The costs include the use of Gas or & Electricity to run the system and costs are calculated on previous years usage and divided per flat according to each block and the Deed of Conditions.
