We launched a new-look payment website on 17 July 2010.
This will make it easier and faster for you to pay your bills.
It has some new useful features like:
The site is designed to be easy to use and you’ll be guided step by step through the process.
For customers who still want to pay by phone we have also introduced an automated option. When you call the Customer Service Centre on 0800 479 7979 you will be asked if you want to pay by talking to a customer service adviser or going straight to automated payments.
If you choose this automated payment option, you will again be guided through this easy-to-use process.
You can now pay your bills at our one-stop shop at 173 Trongate by credit or debit card using Chip and Pin facilities.
You’ll also see a change to the bills we send you. We have added a new payment barcode on your bills. Simply take this to any paypoint outlet and the operator can scan the barcode and take your payment. There’s no need to use a paypoint card.
In the future we will also look at developing the system to include payments via SMS texts, via Chip and Pin at LHO offices and at kiosks at different locations in the city.
