We aim to provide a value for money and efficient property management service for owners in factored properties.
YourPlace Property Management (the trading name of GHA (Management) Ltd) was formed in December 2003, to provide property management services to owners. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of GHA, registered as a Private Limited Company. Our VAT number is 829 3179 04.
YourPlace is governed by a voluntary Board made up of individuals nominated by GHA and includes factored homeowners.
As the factoring agent, we are responsible for general management and administration of the common property.
